I have an excel spreadsheet that is the onboarding foundational conversation plan around all of the individuals that you should talk to what are some of the questions that I ask and I take notes throughout these if I have to change roles. Being very purposeful in that onboarding process is incredibly important but I love what you said Scott about the fact that a lot of this can be done very purposefully when you're going through the interviewing process. It's just like a deal like disqualifying that and realizing man I could have wasted a ton of my life in that it's way better to know up front that this is a lost cause and to walk away.
