Yelp is based on inclusion, belonging, being authentic and not in a way that's just words on a page. And I really felt that. Yelp was very early on to announce that they were going to lean in very heavily and to remote first and were now fully remote. That was important to me as a chief people officer because it gives us the opportunity to find great talent wherever they are.
