Strength Training Improves Tendon Extensibility Better Than Anything Else
strength training does not, in the current literature, increase the extensibility of the tendons. But pliometrics over and over again, we know improves it better than anything else. Extensibility is the ability of that tendon to really ongate with force involved. This is particularly good for concentric actions but as soon as i need a pre load, i need a stretch shortening cycle.
