In his 50-year teaching career, Bob Greene has had seven quote jobs or positions. His first job was in fifth grade and he wanted to teach the oldest kids he could. He came across lateral thinking exercises that helped students think outside the box. In his fourth year of teaching she got a federal grant to develop model gifted programs for highly able students. She studied with top leaders in gifted education at 25 years old.
