When i settle into some sort of like routine, it's so difficult to break certain patterns. I think about that a lot when you live your day to day life. You are running on a programme, a programm that you created through experiences s and emotions. And in order to really change yourself, you need to go into your subconscious and change that programme. That's the whole purpose of meditation, is to reprograme yourself.
