When you practice meditation, it trains you to get a bit of that detachment from those thoughts. It's always a great reminder that we don't have to believe them. One of the tools that I love the most for this is journaling. Just unload your brain of everything you're thinking. And once you, once you see it on paper, you can see how silly some of those things are.
