Your eyes can only see in your ears can only hear what your brain is looking for so it's amazing still when I will I will ask my subconscious a question and sometimes it won't come the next morning or even the next week but man those answers seem to come to me. adding a few little things at night before you go to bed and really just priming yourself for successYeah I really think it's literally just directing your brain  and then obviously it can become an identity and it can reshape your subconscious your biology etc.
