The Sea Pap
The theory does not always match what we look at in practice. Once you start snoring and waking up tired, you're probably holding your breath at night and have some degree of sleep apneus. The sea pap can be difficult and expectensive in time ing for some people,. particularly internationally. And i'm going to do a podcast episode just talking about sleep and how you can improve your sleep situation. But talk to us about sleeping issues, especially with big guys.
