What Are the Most Valuable Qualities of an Expert Meditator?
Long-term meditators who we might even call mental Olympians. I prefer to think of them as a kind of people who can show us inverted commas extremes of well-being. It's not just cognitive efficiency and cognitive processing capacity, but it's capacity for humanity, capacity for wisdom and compassion that I put much more value on. Cognition becomes a sort of a happy byproduct of the practice and the qualities that might not be valued at the beginning.
