The Value of Anxiety
Anxiety is a signal letting you know that there's a potential threat, or something that needs to be navigated. We can as anxiety's just pointing out what's important to me. And if i can treat anxiety in that way, then we're able to disengage, not get stuck in it, and then be able to perform at our best.
