The Incentives Trump Ethics and the Bank's Culture

It's the only way that you can really tell is to measure the bank's culture. Incentives Trump ethics. You know, things went up for a year and a half after we wrote the report and nobody believed us. I certainly knew which side of the trade I want it to be on at the end. It wasn't even a little bit worse. It got a lot worse as you went north and west. The fantasy was deeper. Now all these suburbs that are miles out will soon be in a suburbs without realizing that it's still an hour on the train.
