Q4 attainment is going to be lower than it was in Q1 of this year and participation from reps the number of people that are over target. And I think one of the most important things is just not to make some massive radical change. You still want to stabilize the team. But you know at least in our world it's a conversation with the team to go hey we know things are rough. We don't know how rough they're going to be in for how long.
