Taking a Break From the Holidays
People who feel like it are either on or off, can recognize that exteodite brake as actually just part of the process. If you've got thanksgiving, if you've got christmas, if you're going to be spending time out of your normal environment,. then it's not the end of your diet world to take a break from it. And i guess as well, like if i think about am, holiday seasons and in people's social lives and things like that, just provides tem with as long as they we can manage expectations around how long it might take to lose weight.
