If my knee can touch the floor, it makes me feel like these are being nice and consistent. But again, we come back to that's an externally defined thing rather than something that's definitely happening internally. If I run out of internal range for that, whether that's limited by the length of the tissues themselves, or a contractile thing within those tissues, or it's a joint thing,. And it doesn't really matter. All that matters is that at that point, while that's not coming from that joint anymore, it's having to do something else. So how we execute these bits absolutely is going to play a decent role in there as well.
