Just talk about the strategy and where you want to be as a company. Figure out what areas are you good at building, are synergistic, you know how to do. In parallel, there's some level of preparation this you need to do for intro teams. If people need to understand it, at least your executive team needs to understand that you're going towards an acquisition. It's going to be disruptive for their work.
