We can get control over our biggest internal distraction, which is emotions. When we're doing something, someone, there's triggers all the time. We need to recognize that with enough practice and the practice is one simple thing. It's just a level of recognizing that we are product of our past conditioning. And then we stop getting distracted and we get to truly live our lives.
