Migraines was probably the most surprising thing to me. Um, again, there is not a lot of research here. There is two clinical trials I could find. One was a small trial with 18 subjects and they did see a reduced migraine frequency on a keto diet after one month. And it almost rebounded back to baseline when they went back to the standard low calorie higher carb diet.
