Tony Shea is the founder and CEO of Zappos, a company that sells shoes. He says he's an introvert who likes to surround himself with extroverted people. At Zappos there are no typical bosses; employees can make their own decisions. In fact, as you will hear, Zappos doesn't even think of itself as a shoe company - it just sells good customer service.
