The Importance of Sleep in Creativity

CE: I apologize if some of this seems esoteric at times. But I think that you raised many interesting points there. And one of the subjects that I'm curious about is how these different dimensions of cognition do fluctuate according to biological time of day. We don't know if, for example, creativity might peak later in the day. Or if in the case of something like creativity, maybe it's more important for someone to take a break.
