I think there's tremendous value in a lot of people who are trying to develop the go rear delt. I would caution people with loading shoulder stuff because back to my original point about how easily the rest of the body can cheat the rep. It is one of those exercises where it can be deceiving. You're like, oh, I can do more weight than that because you can because all of these secondary muscle- Momentum kick in and they help you out.
