I think there's real value in just finding maybe one or two other runners that you can meet up with for a run every once in a while. Maybe you have a standing, weekly, easy run with someone who can run a similar pace than you. It doesn't necessarily need to be a whole big group of people. It could really just be one other person. So it might as well try to train hard together. What is that line? Misery Loves Company? Yeah, exactly. Runner's Love Company. They're synonymous.
