The Importance of Self Modulation in CrossFit

Every exercise or has a responsibility to self modulate much more than other forms of coach training that I've been a part of. It seems like there was more of a need for the person exercising to be responsible and feel their own body more than other types of training. There's always a responsibility of the, of the client of the exerciser to share what they are feeling and what feels good and what doesn't feel good.
