Strength Minimums for Climbers
High-performing climbers can usually do 10 or more pull-ups. Most of them got to this minimum level of strength and then beyond that it became a factor of how aggressive they were with their actual climbing. You should be able to dead hang a 20 millimeter edge for 30 seconds I think that's just you know everybody needs to get to that point. The elites are over two minutes on those boards and the elite guys work going way over that really.
