I think it's probably because clinicians have a lot of experience dealing with patients who had a rubbish experience of one one one. So your sample that you experience as a doctor or nurse on the front line is all the people who turned up an annoyed at one one one because we've designed part of it badly so I think we could do more to communicate actually what is it good and how is it helping people.
