How to Get Your Foot in the Door
Nobody cares who you are until they first understand what problem you're solving for them. You have to create a product offering that is compelling and simple enough so that you help the customer make the decision. A typical mistake a lot of founders make is they say, well, we'll tailor our solution to whatever it is that you need. I think the best sales tactic is useless if you're applying it incorrectly or you're applied it to the wrong audience with a long message.
