I couldn't agree more. I mean, just put it out there, and then, if they're still surprised at the pint that, you you know, ask for the work sample test. Whell, that might be to indicator that they don't read on detail, which is something that you have to do in most jobs. So i repeat it so many times, i think i sound like a broken record. Sometimes that's a good thing. That onts to mean, setting clear expectations is such a good thing,.
