And while the company definitely has a lot of customers and it's selling well, I couldn't ignore the amount of friction it takes to engage with customer. So if you work with the developer themselves, they are able to adopt things quickly and push them into the organization or facilitate purchasing. But if you go the other way around,If you go top down, it means that you are selling to their managers like the team leads or the VPE of R&D or CTO Or maybe even another executive at the company. That has the completely reverse effect of the one you want.
