"One of the barriers to getting stuff done is knowing what it is you should be doing" "You we get overfaced with tasks if you've got like 15 things that you've got to do. Learning how to prioritize can definitely help at least with identifying what's urgent" 'Find the emotional reward in those tasks as Alex said and I hate to give many credit obviously or repeat what he said'  “If it's not a rewarding task then break it down into chunk it into the smallest possible units."
