I would say you want to go at least 30 minutes 30 to 45 I mean you 30 to 90 minutes is a little long for me. Pick like Jason said pick something you like pick a couple things you like and do them in a circuit fashion, but just keep your heart rate in whatever your range is going to be for your age and your level. And it could be as boring as simple as you know the elliptical and watching Netflix or you can get outside and get the sled and some push ups and some band pull apart and some kettlebell swings jog around the blocklike it literally doesn't matter. It's just keeping your heart rate elevated in that range where it's you could have
