In the early nineties, i saw a lot of photographs of you performing bent rows with a palms up, supenated grip. And for people listening who may not able to easily distinguish, i had a lot of trouble remembering soup inated and pronated. So if you want to have drink soup out of your hand, then you have to turn it up. The old, traditional way to do bent over rows was with the body parallel to the floorin a fairly wide grip, and pulling the bar into the chest.
