I call the focal point where you focus your attention. And there's a number in my system, depending on how many, finally, minute you go in terms of picking a body part,. There's about 50 different proven effective focal points in five different categories. So it's completely individual as you have to test all of them to find out what works. I want my students to get about four to six that work really well in order of effectiveness.
