T t e should not be viewed as either good or bad. Turning one up versus the other one, relative to what you want out of your body for performance, and also based on the demands of event is really what you need to be concerned about. Generally, i want an optimized f t p and a longer t t so again, i'm not going to skimp on f t p power. But we don't want so much that can't sustain that f t pPower. That's a time period where focusing on that t t e is going to be really important.
