Is There a Colonialism in Africa?
The Chinese, unlike the South Koreans, don't actually have a governance model that they can share. They're not really trying to govern beyond just running their enterprises. It's interesting that today when we talk about colonialism, countries like America, Israel, and others, the term is used sometimes of them as a smear or a slander.
