40,000 Square Feet on Six Acres, Class a Industrial

The 40,000 on on six acres was really an extension of what we had done on the 20,000. And so the 40,000 building was devised into four base 10,000 square foot base with with an acre of land. Unfortunately for us, in development, timing is not always on your side. We finished in 2016 and it took, you know, where we thought it would take months or a year to lease the building it took a couple years.
