I think so much of this comes from an individual person living and modeling the approach to finitude, right? So I think that one of the most important things you can do if you're a leader of a team is just to live in this way a bit more. You can't just lay down the law you actually have to embody it. And in the same way if you are asking people who report you in the workplace to prioritise some project then you can be open about and allowing of the conversation about what they're going to deprioritise.
