I've been seriously training since I was in seventh or eighth grade. The way that you are training in your twenties, thirties might not be the same way that you train for the rest of your life. Full body training is very specific and it's very rigid. But it works phenomenally if you know how to set up. And we have to put that into consideration when we are programming our workouts.
