Electrolytes and Migraine

One of the triggers for migraine is dehydration. If you're dehydrated, your blood vessels tend to kind of shrink down and they become more sensitive to triggers. I find subjectively that drinking electrolytes really helps me when I feel like there, I could potentially have a migraine.
