If we are aware that we're doing it or now after listening to this podcast, someone is aware that they're doing that, how can we change it? How can we stop it from happening? Yeah, this one is a tough question because I think individual differences would really play a role here. Awareness can be very, very powerful and that is the first step, but the next step is the commitment to change that behavior.
