The training program that would fit this, the best in my opinion would be like a maximum robit function training strategy. So you'll see protocols safely done up to around 20% of the work done at speed at moderate high intensity. That is just a protocol that's commonly used with endurance athletes. There are other plans and there's one specifically that I think would fit quite nicely with this dietary protocol.
