Our perceived ability to cope is a very key factor in our response to situations. The way to increase our able to cope is to increase our repertoire of strategies. How we do that is by putting ourselves into different situations that allow us to cope with it and then continue to build an awareness, recognition of our ability to survive whatever that is. There are a lot of different ways that we can do that in our life and different systems we can test.
