Most people think about it from the perspective of, you know, I have to contract my muscles. So that's actually a three part series in order to get you to move. In fact, all of your muscles are made up of millions and millions and millions of individual muscle fibers. Each muscle fiber has something wrapping around it that we call connective tissue. And those are wrapped around sometimes with connective tissue sometimes. But regardless, all that stuff comes together and fuses into things like tendons and ligaments which attach to bone.
