The act of building the community has a ton of value, way more than just buying it and ciphening off the email list. If there is an existing communities, then you start to get in the flow there. You see what content are people posting. There's so much gold in the comments. So that was a long winded way of saying that as soon as you feel comfortable to move from structured interviews to more like it's happening in the flow, i think that's where you really want to be.
