The Importance of Sleep in Training and Nutrition
The first step is the appreciation for sleep as being really foundational to what you're trying to do. You provide your body a stressor, right? Something that essentially forces the body to adapt in some way. And too often, recovery is misunderstood and miscommunicated. So I think that appreciation, that understanding that you need to guide that process of recovery via prioritizing sleep can be key.
