Lactate in the Body
Lactate is a main regulator of what's called intermediary metabolism, in this case affecting fat oxidation. Fat and lactate are inversely related very tightly. So if you don't have a good lactate twins capacity in mitochondria for fuel, lactate it's fuel. But the adaptations that you should see is that let's see that your LTU1, this is that inflection point where you start keeping the lady more lactate.
