Stress has pushed us to the max as far as lake in that survival mode, right? But at the same time, being able to then be in that stress through connection, it has also brought us together. We try to read each other's emotions without even consciously thinking about it. It's hard to pick up the cues over the screen,. So it's more tiring to stare at screens, enl people on screens, because we're missing reading the body language. And reading the emotions coming off that person. That was a part of it that i couldn't really figure out myself, personally, working on a computer all day as a dock and seeing my patients all day on screens
