The Most Common Injuries That Trail and Ultrarunners Deal With
The most common type of injury is like they come from overuse and just from doing too much volume compared to what our body is able to handle. They are typically going to be like tendonopathies, especially Achilles tendon, patellar tendon, those kinds of things. There is also a small percent of injuries that are caused by like like acute events being an ankle sprain or if you fall on a trail. Those are just accidents that can always happen.
