Do Long Rides Really Work?

I've been really focusing on on my long rides and e getting rid more off of a lot of the intensity, about really trying to extend those long rides. And i'm focussing only on half irman, but ive seen great results with we're just doing over distanc rides, like much longer ta wat wold be typical for for half ir men afflets. I get a good response from those really long rides at's goodand that's what we see.
