The Importance of Alignment in a Business

I think talking to a few other peers who come through something similar actually, there's a real motivational slump, I think. Sometimes it's much easier to be motivated when you're aligned to customers or people that it is to be aligned to shareholders. But it's easy to get out of bed to go support your people or to go and support, you know, a customer than perhaps. And it's having that, having that alignment really. Yeah.
