A conversation can be an amazing tool for me to learn and to even maybe they even volunteer answers or information I would have never asked. One beautiful little hack that fits on this is the 1-2-3 hack where sometimes when I try to reach somebody multiple times and don't get a response, I will ask them to hit reply and give me a number 1, 2 or 3.
