For me it was just cutting off a set or two because some movements i was doing five sets. I'm still training one rep shy of failure with with you know jeff albert's like form. i do train very like meditative similar to that i don't blast music but really just kind of get in my head and focus on the movements. "Maybe someday i'll be a some kind of guy um but uh but not"
